Warranty Coverage

Length of Coverage: All Alienfence mattresses include a 3-year limited warranty.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Significant sagging or indentations beyond 1.5 inches
- Broken or faulty coils or support layers
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor impressions or softening that occurs naturally over time
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
- Stains, burns, or pet damage

Tip: Using a mattress protector can help maintain your mattress and keep it in top condition.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your mattress, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If your claim is approved under this warranty, our team will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
